Machine Assistant

Job Summary:

Join Kelly’s team and become an essential part of the manufacturing process in Chippewa Falls. As a Machine Assistant, you'll engage with advanced machinery, ensuring smooth production of high-quality corrugated sheets. Your detail-oriented approach and ability to support machine operations will contribute to efficient production runs.

Job Specifications:

+ **Job Type:** Full-time

+ **Location:** Chippewa Falls

+ **Shift:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Facilitate the set-up and operation of machines to cut, glue, slot, bundle, and unitize corrugated sheets.

+ Assist machine operators in setup procedures for optimal efficiency.

+ Perform color quality checks on printed packaging.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and clean-up within assigned areas.

+ Accurately report machine performance and address issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in manufacturing, specifically machine operation and setup.

+ Basic computer skills necessary for operation and data entry.

+ Strong math and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
