**Location:** Verdi, NV

**Shift:** 5:05 PM - 3:35 AM, Monday - Thursday. If overtime is required, contractors will work on Fridays

**Pay:** $19/hr.

**Duration:** Contract-to-Hire

**Interview:** No interview but they will be scheduled for a Site tour before extending an offer.

A Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success. Working safely is a key skill needed in this position.

What you will need:

+ No experience needed

+ HS Diploma or GED preferred

+ Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

+ Safety toe shoes

What you will do:

+ Duties include everything from sweeping and cleaning, to sorting and stacking, to learning the ropes of the Machine Operator job.

+ Take pride and great care in checking quality for every order you help fill for our customers.

+ Assist Machine Operators

+ Take full ownership of your work area and work to achieve Total Quality Management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

+ Be able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to work in a standing position for 10-hour shifts

+ Lots of energy for walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

+ A focus on safety around operating machinery

+ Willingness to learn and be trained

+ Excellent attendance – must be reliable and punctual
