Join a well-established, fast-paced distribution center serving a dynamic consumer goods brand. We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer to find an experienced **Assistant Warehouse Manager** for their Chino, CA operation.

Direct Hire opportunity

**Location:** Chino CA 91708

**Schedule:** Mon-Fri day shift

**Salary:** $75k

In this key role, you'll support day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You’ll also assist with staffing, layout planning, safety compliance, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and wants to grow with a high-performing operation.

What You'll Do:

+ Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities

+ Supervise and motivate warehouse team members

+ Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory

+ Ensure equipment, racking, and layout support safety and efficiency

+ Handle timecard submissions, temp staffing coordination, and onboarding

+ Support a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse

What We’re Looking For:

+ 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience

+ Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety practices

+ Forklift experienced and certified (or willing to renew)

+ Proficient with warehouse systems and general computer skills

+ Able to lead by example and drive results
