**Pay Rate:** $17.50 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

**2nd Shift:** 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

• Operate wet chemical tank/conveyor etching on panel substrates

• Measure and document panel dimensions/process parameters

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and support plating processes

• Work with team to meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• 1+ year manufacturing experience, ideally in etching or plating

• Strong mechanical aptitude, detail-oriented, committed to safety
