_Pay: $20/hour_

_Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p_

_Day to Day Operations_

_Contact customers and selling to insurance needs while establishing relationships in the community_

_Display fast, accurate, and friendly customer service. insurance availability, new policies, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification_

_Strong organized work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day._

_Office Requirements_

_Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening_

_Cold calling_

_Organizational skills_

_Self-motivated_

_Detail oriented_

_Proactive in problem solving_

_Dedicated to customer service_

_Able to learn computer functions_
