We’re looking for an **AR Credit and Collections Specialist** in **Roselle, IL (60172)** to join a growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the **full AR cycle** , account reconciliation, and credit risk management. AR Credit and Collections Specialist

**Location:** Roselle, IL 60172

**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

**Pay Rate:** $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

+ Conduct daily collection calls with customers and sales representatives.

+ Manage and reconcile activity for high-profile accounts, including National and Specialty Accounts.

+ Review and resolve issues such as short pays, short ships, and tax discrepancies.

+ Notify sales personnel of potential problem accounts and blocked orders.

+ Identify and manage credit risk, assign credit limits, and evaluate credit information.

+ Run and resolve aging, unapplied cash, short pay, and credit reports.

+ Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts, including processing offsets, write-offs, and confirming payment applications.

Must-Haves (Qualifications):

+ 2+ years of experience in AR, Credit, or Collections.

+ Strong knowledge of the **full AR cycle** .

+ Experience handling high-volume calls and account reconciliations.

+ Ability to evaluate credit data and assign credit limits.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ **Credit check required.**
