In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your sales expertise to maximize value recovery through strategic negotiations, relationship building, and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

+ Lead sales initiatives for surplus asset disposition (including sales, donation, and redeployment) in coordination with site focal points.

+ Prepare, negotiate, and manage surplus sales agreements, donation contracts, and related invoicing.

+ Ensure proper documentation and compliance, including DOA approvals and tax exemptions.

+ Develop and expand vendor relationships; negotiate new and existing scrap metal contracts to maximize competitive advantage.

+ Conduct competitive bidding processes for equipment, scrap metals, and other surplus materials.

+ Track and analyze benefit realization; maintain accessible records for the team.

+ Champion communication and change management efforts to strengthen stakeholder support.

+ Update and deliver training to site teams, promoting best practices and the latest tools.

+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through collaboration with site teams.

+ Maintain global scorecards, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Proven sales experience, especially in surplus asset sales or scrap metal contract negotiation.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage projects across multiple global locations.

+ Self-starter mentality with initiative and enthusiasm for driving results.

+ Collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
