Job Description:
+ The Patient Services Representative serves as the front desk receptionist in a medical office clinic.
Job Requirements:
+ Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays and payment details, scheduling follow-up appointments, answering phones, and supporting the front office Team Lead with administrative tasks such as referrals and prior authorizations from insurance companies.EPIC experience is REQUIRED
+ Strong administrative and customer service skills
Experience:
+ High school graduate; OR associate degree with 1 year of clerical/healthcare experience; OR CAP certification with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
+ Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
