    Duration: 06 months contract

    Duties

    + Reviewing and triaging faxed documentation in data entry queues

    + Placing cases into correct processing queues with accuracy

    + Maintaining complete and timely documentation of coverage determination/appeal requests

    + Escalating complex cases to pharmacists or management as needed

    + Updating knowledge of Medicare Part D / Med D guidelines

    Minimum Requirements

    + Previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

    Education

    + High school diploma or GED (required).
