Job Description

Responsible for managing, monitoring and coordinating risk management projects for assigned product line. Predicts the level of credit risk and portfolio performance to evaluate and control credit risk, and maximizes profit potential and credit quality of the assigned product line. Responsible for the profit (loss) of assigned product line(s). Develops, builds and maintains the analytical framework and support systems for the account origination and reporting processes.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

+ Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Excellent analytics skills with ability to identify key performance drivers

+ Effective at collaborating with business stakeholders to bring together data solutions, analytics and/or business knowledge to problem solve and provide insights and solutions for the stakeholder

+ Knowledge of data modeling and architecture concepts to aggregate, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources to create efficient, centralized and trusted reporting environment

+ Strong Excel and Power BI data and template skills preferred to improve data accuracy, integrity and scalability of current data, analytics and reporting environment as well as new solutions

+ SQL programming and artificial intelligence experience beneficial

+ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively describe complex analysis to business stakeholders

_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
