Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Quality Engineer/Specialist Lead** to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Support a comprehensive quality management plan for the project, including quality control procedures, auditing protocols, and documentation requirements.

+ Enforce and refine quality standards and performance metrics to measure and monitor the quality of design activities.

+ Conduct regular audits, and quality assessments to identify non-conformances, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.

+ Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and quality control personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and project specifications related to design.

+ Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on quality assurance best practices and quality management processes.

+ Prepare quality reports, documentation, and performance indicators to track quality metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

+ 10+ years of proven experience in quality management on large infrastructure projects.

+ Strong knowledge of quality management principles, and quality assurance processes.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

+ Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
