About The Role:
CBRE's FCG seeks a senior financial analyst for Denver's leading capital markets team focusing on Industrial property sales. This position will play an integral role in assignments ranging from one-off asset sales to the sale of large portfolios with responsibilities that go beyond the financial aspects of the deal involving all phases of the sales process.
FCG provides sophisticated financial underwriting and valuation-related services for the clients of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm.

What You'll Do:
+ Assess assets for sale using Argus and Excel.
+ Evaluate, examine, and interpret real estate source documents, which encompass operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and other due diligence components. Research market conditions in support of financial underwriting assumptions.
+ Identify critical property level financial issues and make recommendations. Coordinate collection of due diligence material and assist with the closing process.
+ Developing disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clients.
+ Interact directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers and clients.

+ Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
+ Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e, Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, etc.). Expertise in evaluating income-generating properties with the help of Argus and Excel across Industrial, Office, or Retail.
+ Proficiency in evaluating, analyzing, and understanding original documentation, encompassing leases, operating statements, budgets, etc.

_CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the FCG Senior Financial Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the FCG Senior Financial Analyst position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience._ _Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
