About The Role:
We’re seeking a creative EHS analyst that’s passionate about data and loves to think of new ways to use that data to develop trends and give insights. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for maintaining high data quality and be capable of finding areas for progress on their own.
What You'll Do:
+ Identify potential metrics for supervising global EHS-related-related performance, including but not limited to incident, training, compliance, inspections, auditing and assurance, and emergency preparedness data
+ Leverage existing data and collaborate with EHS team members to define leading and lagging indicators for metrics
+ Independently assess data quality and identify improvement opportunities based on their analysis, consistently reviewing developed dashboards and/or metrics for quality and adjusting as needed
+ Connect the dots between programs and data based on knowledge of both EHS and data assessment guidelines, driving towards ways to be a data storyteller
+ Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that showcase EHS metrics that can be used as inputs for strategic decision-making
+ Ensure data integrity and maintain the security of personally identifiable or other sensitive information

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in EHS data analysis and trending, including developing new metrics from existing data
+ Experience with data analysis, management, and interpretation, with SQL experience preferred
+ Experience with data visualization and/or trending software (e.g., Looker Studio,PowerBI)
+ Experience collaborating across partner teams to identify available data and support processes for collecting and analyzing that data
+ General Experience
+ Strong communication skills and ability to handle collaborators optimally
+ Strong attention to details and presentation skills
+ Ability to work with autonomy and limited supervision
+ Experience and skill in effectively communicating and implementing process changes with key customers.
+ Experience partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement standardized processes, programs and standards.
+ Ability to handle flexibility and adjust to changing priorities and timelines, adjusting needs to meet long term goals.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Systems Sr Analyst position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Systems Sr Analyst position is $125,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
