Enterprise Solutions (ES) is seeking a Program Manager-Commercial Analysis & Data Strategy to lead the development and ongoing support of varied data sources and decision support tools to help advance Delta's commercial strategy. Delta’s commercial strategy is centered on Delta’s ability to expand adoption of premium products, grow customer trust and be a world-class retailer all while maintaining our industry’s leading unit revenue performance.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of key data sources needed to support Commercial and broader Enterprise decision making, where applicable. This individual will be able to partner across business and IT teams to create and deliver valuable data, training, and/or tools across the Delta Enterprise. This role will conduct data analysis as needed to improve data quality or answer various business questions as well as develop and/or enhance commercial reports as needed. The selected candidate will combine strong business acumen and technical skills to drive data enablement and decision making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Identify and understand Delta commercial data opportunities and priorities to deliver timely and reliable solutions that meet business needs
+ Work closely with business and IT partners to understand and translate business requirements into usable and reliable data solutions
+ Independently lead the design, modeling and creation of new commercial data sources (e.g. Share, Offer, Order)
+ Act as a subject matter expert for multiple data sets and/or tools
+ Manage ES’s existing suite of corporate reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
+ Lead the implementation of AWS cloud technology for business data analysis & reporting for Commercial teams
+ Design, create, and implement Tableau dashboards or analytical reports to help various commercial teams more quickly and efficiently identify revenue opportunities
+ Effectively communicate complex technical subject matter to a non-technical audience as well as create/deliver training for commercial data and tools
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ 5-7 years of experience in a comparable field
+ Experience in enabling AWS technology to support business report user needs
+ Deep Expertise in Python, R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, UNIX, Excel, PowerBI, or similar skills required
+ Experience and interest in data enablement and data management for broad user community
+ Demonstrates intellectual curiosity as well as sound analytical and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels
+ Knowledge of Commercial tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred
+ Must be capable of independently managing multiple projects from inception to completion and make well informed priority trade-offs
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ BA/BS or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.
