Summary:

We’re looking for a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our small, team-oriented warehouse. This entry-level position (perfect for an after-school schedule) includes picking orders, stocking shelves, and loading/unloading trucks. Candidates must be able to lift 50–100 lbs, stand for long periods, use ladders, and safely get onto trailers. On-the-job training is provided, including learning to operate a wire cutting machine, with opportunities for advancement. We’re seeking someone with an exceptional work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to help deliver the best customer service in the area.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

+ Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory

+ Load and unload freight trucks safely and effectively

+ Operate and learn basic warehouse equipment, including a wire cutting machine

+ Lift and carry items weighing 50–100 lbs as needed

+ Work on ladders and access trailers for loading/unloading

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

+ Uphold high standards of work ethic, reliability, and customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

+ Climate-controlled warehouse environment with some temperature variation; occasional work outside in hot or cold weather while loading/unloading trucks

+ Exposure to moderate noise levels from forklifts, wire-cutting machines, and other warehouse equipment

+ Part-time schedule, typically 1:00–5:00 p.m. with flexibility for after-school hours; rare weekend work and most major holidays off

+ Personal protective equipment (PPE) required and provided by the company

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

+ Occasional deliveries may be required for employees age 18 or older

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $15 to $18 hourly.
