    The market has never been hotter. We are breaking records and making a lot of money in the process. We are planning to expand and need Energetic, Money motivated Sales professionals that will learn our sales process, master it and apply it.

     

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    + Present, promote and sell New/Used Homes using solid arguments to prospective clients

    + Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs

    + Reach out to leads

    + Drive Leads through your Marketing efforts

    + Achieve sales targets, and appointments

    + Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors

    + Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training

     

    Education and/or Experience

     

    Two year degree and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Skills

    + Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

    + Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    + Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired

    + Must be motivated and be able to effectively lead

    + Must be able to provide a high level of customer service

    + Must have strong interpersonal skills
