    We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join a premier manufacturer of custom battery systems and battery control electronics serving both military and commercial aerospace platforms. This role is critical in providing financial leadership and strategic insight to site operations, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Provide financial leadership to the site, with a deep focus on cost accounting and analysis of key profit drivers.

    * Own monthly close activities, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

    * Collaborate with Supply Chain and third-party accounts payable providers to ensure seamless financial operations.

    * Lead inventory and cost management efforts, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

    * Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to support business goals and drive financial performance.

    * Champion initiatives to enhance the transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data.

    * Develop and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.

    * MS Office tools

    * Advanced Excel skills
