    **Job Title:** Accounting Specialist

    **Location:** Iron Mountain, MI

    **Pay Range:** $18.5/hr

    **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Process supplier invoices in the ERP system (Syteline) for timely payment.

    + Maintain an organized electronic filing system for all accounts payable documents.

    + Match invoices to receiving documents to ensure accurate three-way matching.

    + Resolve discrepancies with receiving or purchase orders by collaborating with relevant departments.

    + Support month-end close, project costing, audits, and special projects as assigned.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.

    + Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in accounting.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

    + Experience with ERP software, such as SyteLine, is a plus.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
