    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Process Engineer

     

    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design and plan equipment layout to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

    + Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure safe and effective production methods.

    + Maintain documentation of processes via process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

    + Develop and review Heat and Mass Balances, Utility Consumption, Equipment, and Installation Specifications.

    + Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes and troubleshoot related issues.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s of Science degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.

    + Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

    + Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
