Our client, a leader in food processing operations, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Full Plant Department supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Allenwood, PA

**Pay Range:** $45000 - $60000

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.

+ Conduct repairs and inspections in compliance with FDA, USDA, and GMP standards.

+ Maintain and repair utility systems including air compressors, refrigeration, steam, and water systems.

+ Document maintenance activities accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.

+ Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.

+ Solid understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Experience with food-grade equipment, stainless steel piping, pumps, valves, and sanitary welding.

+ Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
