    We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused **Forklift Operator** to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Hickory. If you’re experienced and ready to work with a supportive, team-oriented crew, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities** **:

    + Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)

    + Load/unload trucks, containers, and pallets

    + Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse

    + Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

    Requirements:

    + Forklift with Warehouse or logistics experience

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Strong attention to safety and detail

    + Team player with good communication skills

    + Flexible with shift work, including weekends or overtime
