    Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the production and quality assurance department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated medical instruments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Pay Range:** $27

    **Shift:** 1st Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization of medical instruments.

    + Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues with test equipment.

    + Analyze test results to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failed tests.

    + Identify defects and recommend design or process improvements to enhance product quality.

    + Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + AA degree in mechatronics or a relevant field, or 5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting.

    + Proficiency in reading drawings, work instructions, and understanding workmanship standards.

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environment, along with mechanical tools such as torque drivers and gauges.
