Position Summary:
The Line Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment on the production line to ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of food products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate production line machinery and equipment per established procedures
+ Monitor product quality and report defects or irregularities
+ Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
+ Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
+ Strong work ethic and reliability
+ Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
+ Fast-paced production environment
+ Exposure to food ingredients and manufacturing equipment
+ May require working in temperature-controlled areas
