Our client, a contract machining company is seeking a Outsourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Outsourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing group supporting Procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong sense or urgency, growth oriented and be a game changer which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Outsourcing Specialist

Pay Range:$85-110/k

What’s the Job?

+ Identifies, qualifies, and onboards new suppliers and subcontractors for machining, fabrication, coating, heat treatment, and other specialized metal processes.

+ Maintains strong supplier relationships to ensure performance and reliability.

+ Monitors supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, cost adherence, responsiveness) and implements corrective actions where needed

+ Builds long-term partnerships with key vendors to ensure capacity, capability, and reliability

+ Collaborates with engineering and production teams to provide technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to suppliers **What’s Needed?**

+ 7+ years of experience in outsourcing, supply chain, or procurement within metal manufacturing or related industry

+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
