Are you ready to be part of a world-class manufacturing team that produces the most trusted golf ball in the game? Acushnet Company, home of the Titleist brand, is seeking **Production Associates** to support golf ball manufacturing operations in our **New Bedford, MA** facility.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** New Bedford, MA

Shifts & Pay:

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm Mon - Fri | $20.15 per hr

3rd Shift 11pm - 7am Sun - Thur | $21.32 per hr

All shifts have mandatory overtime as required

Weekend Shifts:

Weekend A: 11pm - 11am Fri & Sat

Weekend B: 11am - 11pm Sat & Sun

Weekend C: 11pm - 11am Fri, 11am - 11pm Sun

All Weekend Shifts have 1 additional 8 hour weekday shift required | Double time on Sundays | $20.08 per hour

What’s the Job?

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of premium Titleist golf balls. Key responsibilities include:

+ Operating machinery and equipment efficiently and safely

+ Performing quality inspections and handling materials

+ Meeting production goals and timelines

+ Working independently or as part of a team

+ Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must:

+ Be able to pass a background check and drug screening

+ Have reliable transportation to/from the facility

+ Be punctual and dependable

+ Be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English

+ Treat others with professionalism and respect

+ Be willing and able to work overtime when required
