Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounting operations within the telecom services industry. Responsibilities:

• Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

• Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and investment accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

• Conduct monthly closing procedures and ensure the books are up-to-date.

• Analyze budget performance and maintain spreadsheets to compare actual results against projections.

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account adjustments.

• Generate and submit required financial reports with precision and timeliness.

• Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks and Excel to perform data entry and calculations.

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

• Collaborate with management to address additional tasks and support financial decision-making. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for financial data management.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Ability to perform month-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle multiple priorities.

• Acute attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
