• About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a multi-billion dollar client to hire an inquisitive, collaborative, and strategic thought leader for a key procurement analytics role. If you love turning data into actionable insights and influencing high-impact decisions, this is the opportunity for you!

• Key Responsibilities

+ 📈 Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, contract compliance).

+ 🔎 Analyze spend data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across suppliers and dealerships.

+ 🤝 Collaborate with sourcing teams and managers to support strategic initiatives.

+ 💡 Translate data into actionable recommendations for sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.

+ 🧹 Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and classification efforts.

+ 🛠️ Implement and manage analytics platforms (Power BI, Qlik).

+ 🤖 Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance procurement insights.

+ ⚠️ Support supplier segmentation and risk analysis using internal/external data.

+ 🔗 Partner with IT and Finance to ensure system integration and data alignment.

+ 🧠 Present findings to senior leadership to guide decision-making.

+ 📚 Stay current on procurement analytics trends and digital transformation.

Preferred Skills:

+ 📊 Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas.

+ 🧮 Strong ad hoc analysis and data manipulation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 5 plus years of experience in procurement data analytics or a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting detailed analyses to executive audiences.

• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a global organization.

• Self-starter with a track record of managing complex projects independently.

• Demonstrated business acumen and analytical expertise to deliver actionable insights.

• Familiarity with financial modeling, variance analysis, and budget processes.
