Description We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team on a Contract basis in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in contract management and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including administration, modifications, and renewals.

• Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.

• Prepare calls for bids and evaluate proposals to identify the best options for the organization.

• Analyze contract pricing and terms to ensure alignment with budgetary and strategic goals.

• Address legal aspects such as indemnity clauses and limited liability provisions within contracts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate contract requirements and resolve any issues.

• Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.

• Maintain organized records of contracts and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Provide guidance on contract-related policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in contract administration and management.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable agreements.

• Familiarity with calls for bids and proposal evaluation processes.

• Knowledge of contract pricing, indemnity clauses, and limited liability provisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools for contract management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
