Description

We are seeking a welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations in Kirkland, WA and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this contract role, the Receptionist will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and approachable manner.

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.

+ Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials.

+ Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them to the appropriate departments.

+ Maintain appointment calendars and assist with scheduling meetings.

+ Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services, and coordinate deliveries.

+ Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.

+ Assist in the preparation of documents and correspondence as directed.

+ Ensure visitors adhere to office security policies, including check-ins and badge distribution.

Requirements

+ Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk position preferred but not required.

+ Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various front desk responsibilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and general familiarity with office equipment.

+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

+ High attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer service.
