Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead web and application development efforts for a growing entrepreneurial company in Des Moines, Iowa. • Manage projects involving open-source technologies and diverse web development languages.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that improve customer experiences.

• Drive change by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes.

• Ensure the technical scalability, security, and performance of web applications.

• Mentor and guide team members to foster growth and encourage knowledge-sharing.

• Participate in strategic planning to align development projects with business goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations across web platforms.

• Monitor and manage system performance metrics to optimize efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Proven expertise in web development and programming languages such as PHP, C#, or Python.

• Hands-on experience with technologies like HTML5, jQuery, and web services.

• Familiarity with open-source web development tools and frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
