2nd Shift QA Inspector

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Inspector to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The QA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing our products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.

+ Conduct tests to ensure compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.

+ Record inspection results and prepare reports detailing defects, discrepancies, and other findings.

+ Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.

+ Ensure compliance with all quality assurance standards and safety regulations.

+ Assist in maintaining documentation related to quality assurance, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions.

+ Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure ongoing product quality.

+ Communicate issues and concerns with management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field preferred).

+ Proven experience as a QA Inspector, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques.

+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ISO, ASTM, etc.).

+ Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

+ Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
