    Accounts Payable Specialist

    About the Role

    Olsten Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join the Finance team of a leading company in the Florence, SC area. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process-processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.     Key Responsibilities

    + Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.

    + Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies.

    + Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining organized records.

    + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close.

    + Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

    + Prepare and process electronic payments, transfers, and sales tax filings.

    + Assist with audits, reporting, and special financial projects.

    + Support daily accounting operations, including payables and receivables.

    + Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.

    Qualifications

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

    + 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

    + Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

    + Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with ERP systems.

    + Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

    + Familiarity with 1099 processing and sales/use tax.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
