Responsibilities for a Senior Construction Manager include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation projects.

Lead and manage engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and enforce safety regulations.

Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, reports, and drawings.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the role:

Prior experience in utility construction management, specifically in transmission and substation projects.

Ability to travel to multiple construction sites as needed.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to lead project teams and manage contractors/subcontractors.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $78.00 per hour
