**Location:** Clifton Park, NY

**Pay Rate:** $ 17.00/hour

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, (8am -5pm)

**Position Type:** Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:

+ Operate automated production equipment including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting, and encapsulating processes

+ Follow all **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and safety guidelines

+ Maintain quality by seeking **quality assurance** feedback throughout your shift

+ Adhere to **ISO and ESD standards** during all manufacturing processes

+ Accurately log data into the **MRP system**

+ Report quality concerns to **Quality Control (QC)**

+ Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ **High school diploma or equivalent required**

+ Familiarity with **IPC standards** is preferred

+ Must be able to work in a **fast-paced production environment**

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
