Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Assembly jobs in Romeoville, IL. These Assembly jobs are Long-Term Assignments!

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime as needed.

**Pay:** $16.50 an hour.

Assembly jobs require candidates to be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of components, contributing to the production of top-tier products within a manufacturing environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Assembly jobs include but are not limited to:

• Execute the assembly of High-Level Assemblies according to established procedures and guidelines

• Perform quality checks on assembled components to ensure adherence to specifications and standards

• Interpret and follow assembly blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Operate various hand tools and equipment required for the assembly process

• Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve production goals and maintain a smooth workflow

• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process, collaborating with supervisors to find solutions

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Assembly jobs:

• Proven experience in assembly, preferably in a manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Entry Level roles

• High School Diploma

**Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
