Job Title: Injection Molding Process Technician
Job Description
The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up injection mold machines with the correct tool die and ensuring the machines run properly. This includes changing out the dies, maintaining the robotics, and troubleshooting any issues with the machine, mold, and materials.
Responsibilities
+ Set up injection mold machines with the correct tool die.
+ Ensure proper operation of the machines.
+ Change out dies as necessary.
+ Maintain and manage robotics associated with the molding process.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mold, and material problems.
Essential Skills
+ Experience as a machine operator.
+ Proficiency with injection mold processes.
+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
+ Strong understanding of process technician roles in plastics manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Any education or certifications related to manufacturing and maintenance are a bonus.

Work Environment
The work primarily takes place on the plant floor where plastic parts are injected into machines and molded. The facility is climate-controlled, reaching up to 86 degrees, and is fairly clean. The dress code is casual, with jeans being appropriate attire.
Job Type & Location
There are Permanent positions based out of RIVERSIDE, Lee's Summit, and Raytown, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Opportunity for pay increases and advancement are based on attendance & performance.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in RIVERSIDE,MO.
