About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on **Maintenance Technician** to help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a team that values your skills, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, sensors, and PLCs.

+ Maintain pneumatic systems and perform basic welding tasks as needed.

+ Work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to identify and resolve equipment issues.

+ Accurately document maintenance activities and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

+ Hands-on experience with electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Familiarity with pneumatics, welding, and industrial equipment.

+ Basic understanding of PLCs and automation systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Vocational/technical training in industrial maintenance or related field.

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Entry-level candidates with relevant education or training are encouraged to apply!

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You’ll be working on-site during the day shift, with a strong focus on safety and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
