Machine Operator Helper

Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing site that produces and distributes a variety of cleaning supplies for retail clients. This role involves operating and assisting with the setup, maintenance, and production of die cutter and flexo machines in a fast-paced corrugated packaging facility. You will ensure accurate cutting, printing, and stacking of cardboard materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and assist in the setup and maintenance of die cutter and flexo machines.

+ Ensure accurate cutting, printing, and stacking of cardboard materials according to job specifications.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Support team efficiency and minimize downtime.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in loading and machine operation.

+ Knowledge of production and general labor processes.

+ Proficiency in packaging and machine operating.

+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Skilled in using hand tools and working in a machine shop.

+ Team player with a willingness to help others.

+ Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy.

+ Adaptable to changing work conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
