    •Location: Martinsburg, WV

    •Direct Placement

    Pay Rate and shift:

    + 1st Shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM):$35–$39/hr

    + 3rd Shift (Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM):$39/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential

    + Weekend Shift (Thu–Sat, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM):$39/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated equipment

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in real-time

    + Assist in installing and commissioning new automation systems

    + Support upgrades and modifications to existing equipment

    + Maintain repair documentation and monitor system performance

    + Collaborate with vendors and engineers to improve reliability and efficiency

    What You Bring

    + Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems

    + Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Experience in automation, maintenance, or mechatronics preferred

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $88400.00/yr.

     

    401k with 2% match at 100%, up to 5% at 50% match
