    General Laborer – Recycling Facility

    We’re hiring a General Laborer to support operations at a busy recycling facility in Auburn. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and build a long-term career in a thriving industry.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate forklifts and skid-steers (training provided!)

    + Load and unload metal materials

    + Follow work plans and verbal instructions

    + Provide basic customer service when needed

    + Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe

    What We’re Looking For

    + Previous general labor experience preferred

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons

    + Willingness to train on equipment

    + Positive attitude and strong work ethic

    + Availability for1st shift

     

    Work Environment

     

    You’ll be part of a small, supportive team working in an outdoor yard. Safety is a top priority—gear like hard hats, steel-toed boots, gloves, hearing and vision protection is required and provided.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
