Job Title: Product Assembler

Job Description

Join our team to work on an exciting new product line where you'll engage in assembling, testing, and packaging high-quality products. Each station in the assembly line is responsible for 2-3 steps in the process, requiring precision and attention to detail to ensure excellence.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble product components at designated stations.

+ Secure assembled parts using a drill or torque wrench.

+ Conduct go or no-go tests at the final testing station.

+ Package and palletize completed products.

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of assembly experience.

+ 1 year of experience with drills or torque wrenches.

+ Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

+ Proficiency in navigating an iPad.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with electrical assembly.

+ Knowledge of reading blueprints and schematics.

+ Skills in wiring, crimping, and soldering.

Work Environment

The role is on the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm in an extremely clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility. Employees are required to wear jeans, steel-toe boots, and a t-shirt without obscene graphics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
