HSE Technician
Adecco is hiring immediately for an HSE Technician in Houston, Tx. As an HSE Technician, your primary mission is to ensure the correct management of medical examinations, training activities, and risk assessments within the organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards, conducting inspections, and implementing protocols to create a secure work environment. The schedule for this role is Monday-Saturday 2PM-10PM and pay starting at $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
+ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
+ Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
+ Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, and incidents.
+ Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions.
+ Help monitor environmental compliance including waste management and reporting requirements.
+ Collaborate with supervisors and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
+ 1+ year of experience in an HSE, safety, or industrial compliance role (manufacturing or construction experience preferred).
+ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and basic safety principles.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
