• Service Technician

    Job Title: Service Technician

    Job Responsibilities

    + Install and maintain water treatment equipment.

    + Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, replacing or repairing parts as necessary.

    + Load and unload trucks for each service site.

    + Conduct daily truck inspections and report any issues immediately.

    + Complete services as scheduled by management.

    + Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.

    + Continue education on purification equipment and theory.

    + Notify management of concerns regarding service stops.

    + Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled.

    + Adhere to safety requirements at company and customer sites.

    + Identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

    + Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment systems.

    + Proficient with PVC and troubleshooting plumbing or electrical systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals, and schematics.

    + Willingness to adhere to routes, schedules, and safety procedures.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Strong written and oral English communication skills.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships.

    + Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing knowledge.

    + Technical maintenance experience.

    + Experience with hand tools and troubleshooting equipment.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Shift and Pay

    + M-F

    + 5 am - 3 pm

    + $27-28/hour

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
