Hello! We are currently hiring for Carpenter here in Phoenix, AZ!

Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on tenant improvement and self-perform carpentry projects. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for tasks such as hanging and finishing drywall, patchwork, framing, demolition, and more.

Responsibilities

+ Hang and finish drywall in various commercial settings.

+ Metal Stud Framing

+ Perform patchwork and framing tasks as needed.

+ Execute demolition work as part of tenant improvement projects.

+ Collaborate with the team to build out a self-perform carpentry team.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of framing and drywall experience.

+ OSHA10 certification.

+ Proficiency in commercial construction, specifically in drywall hanging and concrete work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hospital construction is a plus.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

+ Valid Driver's License.

Work Environment

+ Work on various commercial projects, such as hospitals, office buildings, and rehabilitation centers.

+ Engage primarily in tenant improvement work or new construction projects.

+ Expect to work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times ranging from 4 AM to 6 AM, depending on the job site.

+ Each shift lasts between 8-10 hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
