Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Quality Inspector – Electronics | $19–$20/hr | First Shift

A growing electronics manufacturer in **Apopka, FL** is hiring a **Quality Inspector** to perform final inspections on circuit board assemblies. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with overtime potential.

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:15 PM

**Pay:** $19–$20/hr

Responsibilities:

+ Inspect assemblies per IPC standards and customer requirements

+ Serve as final checkpoint before boards ship

+ Complete inspection forms and document quality issues

+ Read and interpret customer drawings

Qualifications:

+ Experience in quality control and inspection

+ IPC certification preferred

+ Soldering and electronic manufacturing experience

+ Strong attention to detail and blueprint reading skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous soldering experience (1 year of previous electronic manufacturing experience)

+ Ability to read and understand customer drawings

+ Basic reading and writing capability for documenting QC issues

+ Ability to use a microscope

Work Environment

You will work in a climate-controlled environment, primarily sitting at a desk inspecting PCB boards. The role also involves walking around the plant to inspect different SMT machines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
