Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. This position requires a balanced focus on both electrical and mechanical tasks, with an emphasis on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

+ Perform a mix of 60% electrical and 40% mechanical tasks.

+ Follow a preventive maintenance schedule and handle assigned projects throughout the plant.

+ Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts and 3-phase, including PLC systems on Siemens and Allen Bradley.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, cylinders, conveyors, and pumps.

+ Work on a variety of machines such as blending machines, stamping machines, wrapping machines, molding machines, and presses.

+ Perform MIG welding and minor fabrication tasks.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 4-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480 volts and 3-phase.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.

+ Experience in wiring motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with robotics and injection molding.

+ MIG welding and fabrication skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled and offers a stable Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There is an option for voluntary overtime on Fridays, allowing for flexibility in work hours. This is an hourly position with competitive pay.

This is a Permanent position based out of **Perrysburg, Ohio** .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.

This is a direct placement position. The company offers three medical plans. They provide dental and vision coverage.
