About the Role

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as **Printing Machine Operators** . Whether you're a night owl or prefer daytime hours, we have openings across all shifts. This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in a supportive, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and maintain printing machines with accuracy and care

+ Monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards

+ Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

+ Experience operating printing or similar machinery

+ Familiarity with paper manufacturing processes

Preferred:

+ Experience in production or manufacturing environments

+ Flexibility to work assigned shift consistently (day or night)

Work Schedule

+ **All Shifts Available:**

+ **A Shift:** Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

+ **B Shift:** Sunday to Tuesday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

+ **C Shift:** Thursday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

+ **D Shift:** Wednesday to Friday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

+ **Training Period:** Initial 90-day training on A Shift (Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
