    Position Description:

    CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Specialist within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities.

     

    The Change Management Specialist develops and implements strategies for organizational change, focusing on technology, process, and strategy shifts. Key responsibilities include assessing change impact, creating communication and training plans, managing stakeholder buy-in, and monitoring adoption to ensure smooth transitions, minimized disruption, and successful implementation of new initiatives. Essential skills for this role include strong communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.

    This position is located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable in the area.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    • Develop Change Strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.

    • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams, to ensure understanding and buy-in for change efforts.

    • Communication & Training: Develop and deliver effective communication plans and training programs to help employees adapt to new processes and technologies.

    • Impact Assessment: Evaluate the potential impact of changes on employees and the organization.

    • Change Leadership: Coach and mentor staff through the transition process, addressing resistance and promoting acceptance.

    • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track key metrics and assess the success of change management initiatives to ensure they are embedded and effective.

    • Collaboration: Work with various departments to align change efforts and resolve related issues.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    Journeyman

    • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience

    • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly.

    • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate changes and facilitate two-way dialogue.

    • Strategic Thinking: Develop thoughtful strategies to achieve organizational objectives through change.

    • Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and support employees and teams through the process of adaptation.

    • Analytical Skills: Measure and analyze the performance and success of change management efforts.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with diverse groups of people and build consensus.

    Senior:

    Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 10 years of experience

    • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly.

    • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate changes and facilitate two-way dialogue.

    • Strategic Thinking: Develop thoughtful strategies to achieve organizational objectives through change.

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 - $150000.00.
