    Job Title: Junior Architect

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Junior Architect proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD to produce construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects, including retail and hospitality. The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from initial surveys and conceptual design to construction administration.

    Responsibilities

    + Use REVIT and AutoCAD to produce construction drawings for commercial projects.

    + Participate in all phases of projects: initial surveys, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration.

    + Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.

    + Produce comprehensive construction drawing sets.

    + Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites.

    + Engage in schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

    Essential Skills

    + Full proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience in commercial architecture, with a preference for retail.

    + Ability to produce construction drawings and documents.

    + Experience in schematic design and design development.

    + Respond to RFIs and communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 2-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office.

    + Motivation to become a licensed architect is a plus.

    + Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

    + Experience in retail, hospitality, or equivalent commercial architecture.

The firm handles 45-70 active projects, mainly on the East Coast, with project values ranging from $1 million to $35 million. We pride ourselves on long-term client relationships and expect all team members to contribute to this service-oriented culture.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
