Description

This client is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom upfitting solutions for the clients current and future fleet. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on experience in truck body assembly and upfitting, with strong skills in engineering design, project management, and leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle systems and upfitting processes to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet customer specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

An ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in truck body assembly, upfitting and vehicle customization. They will also need to understand engineering designs, project management, and troubleshooting. This is a role for a lead engineer or director level. A bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred. A successful profile will understand thoroughly industry standards and safety regulations related to upfitting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
